All dropship orders ship from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse.

Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Delivery timeline: about 5–7 business days from order date (most orders).
Shipping fee is based on item count:

1 item: $3.75
2–3 items: $4.75
4–5 items: $5.75
6–7 items: $6.75
8–9 items: $7.75
10+ items: $8.75

Free Returns

We offer free returns to dropship partners for eligible shipments (continental U.S.).
Request an authorization/return through the returns process (inside the app or as instructed by support).
Once approved, we email a prepaid label to forward to your customer.
Customers have 30 days to ship the item back for a full refund after receiving the label.
Refunds are processed after the return is received at our warehouse.
